Incorrect FBA fee applied to small item?
Hoping to get some help as I’m super confused.
I’m selling an item for £18.99, the item measures 16cm x 16cm x 5cm when fully packaged.
The fees seem super high - referral fee is £2.32, but the FBA fee is £5.43!
I have no idea how to get this adjusted, as I have another item - identical size and price - and the fees are referral fee £2.32 and FBA fee £2.32…

Your FBA fees will be £2.32
Then your referral fee…depends on what category, mine is 15% of what you sell it for…so 15% of £18.99
Then 20% VAT on the above added together.
Sounds about right

£2.32 referral +
£2.32 FBA
= total fees £5.32
But the listing that looks wrong, Item 2, has fees totalling £7.74 (40%) - surely this can’t be right?
