Unfortunately we are still having trouble with Amazon support not removing ODR for items which were shipped through Amazon Buy Shipping.
The two latest cases are for sales ref

205-6625738-4641143
I appealed both cases and both were wrongly rejected.

Now there are another two which have again been wrongly counted against our ODR

This is getting really annoying now. Why is it that Amazons own employees do not know their own policies. I shouldn’t have to appeal and then post on here and wait days or even weeks for it to be sorted out. @Jona_Amazon or anyone else at Amazon, can I please have a reply to this now?
