ODR Wrongly Being Affected By A-Z Claims When Using Amazon Buy Shipping

Hi Jona,

You previously helped us out on the post below which has now been locked.

Unfortunately we are still having trouble with Amazon support not removing ODR for items which were shipped through Amazon Buy Shipping.

The two latest cases are for sales ref

026-7354658-6381905

205-6625738-4641143

I appealed both cases and both were wrongly rejected.

Are you able to help again please?

Now there are another two which have again been wrongly counted against our ODR

202-2156103-6109153

205-1507264-4057903

This is getting really annoying now. Why is it that Amazons own employees do not know their own policies. I shouldn’t have to appeal and then post on here and wait days or even weeks for it to be sorted out. @Jona_Amazon or anyone else at Amazon, can I please have a reply to this now?
