Vat number need help

Hello, I have amazon pro seller account and i try add VAT number , but when i try add it, they told me with red letters : Invalid VAT/GST registration number.
I writening just VAT number in this section correctly, maybe someone can help me?

If it’s a UK VAT number, it should start with the letters GB. Other countries will have different letters. Have you included those letters when you enter the number?
