my account was deactivated as they said they need an invoice for asin B0BZW36NHT as its an avon lipstick i had an invoice on my account sent them to them then received a message back its not enough info so i went on live chat and they said to resend them which i did received the same message i contacted avon about getting an invoice sent to my home address which they said they dont do - i think this lipstick has been reported by another seller selling the same item to be honest any help on getting account reactivated would be much appreciated thanks all
I've not seen avon mentioned on the forums for some time. Though the first question would be...are you an avon representative, or did you buy as a customer from Avon?
Could it be that avon invoices arent accepted since avon started selling via amazon? i also thought reps werent allowed to sell on amazon or has that changed?
Hi, sorry to hear this Loopystuff, I've got the same problem! Said they were doing a 'random check' on my account which has excellent health and no violations, sold over 3700 products with positive reviews but there were 4 voice of the customer comments 2 related to lipsticks but didn't say why, 1 an edt which the person said was weak smelling and 1 an aftershave that someone didn't like the smell of. That is it and they have deactivated my entire account and owe me a few thousand pounds too that I cannot access! Asked for invoices which i provided which they say they cannot validate but haven't indicated why! They have the LOA from Avon and I've been a rep for years and sell no other products! Customer service send out replies that seem bot driven and not human. The customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced, something similar happened with my colleague and she eventually got an apology! At wits end and need the money from the sales of everything else i've done too! :(
