Your shipment plan cannot be created at this time

Inbound Performance Alert – Shipment. Your shipment abilities have been temporarily suspended because of repeated problems. In order to resolve the matter and reinstate your ability to create or modify shipments, please open your Case Log and respond to the related case.

The above is a message I get from amazon when i try to create an FBA shipment into Amazon. We have not been sent a case log from amazon. All our metrics are good and performance is good.

We have opened a case with amazon about this. After 23 days. And 14 phone calls/emails. All the customer service team agree my account is fine and don’t know why we are blocked. They keep sending it to the technical team but no repsonce.

Any ideas on why?

I am a long term seller. Usually doing in excess of 8,000 items a month. So I am not new to this. Any help or ideas would be nice.

Have you gone through your previous shipments to see if there are any problems that need acknowledging? That message would generally happen if you’ve repeatedly had issues with your shipments like under/over declaring goods, incorrect packaging, unexpected prep needed etc etc

You can look at reports>FBA>inbound performance and also inventory>manage fba shipments>inbound performance summary

Hallo, wie lange hat es gedauert bis Sie von Amazon eine Mitteilung erhalten haben bzw. es wieder freigeschaltet wurde?

Wir haben auch das Problem und warten schon 14 Tage auf eine Reaktion auf den Fall oder die freischaltung.
