Sweets out of date, or not?
I've just had some sweets returned which Amazon decided were 'out of date'. However the expiry date on the product is February 2025. The vendor return slip states that the return reason is 'damaged' but there's nothing wrong with them. So what's going on? Is this a ploy from Amazon to extract more fees from us? I am charged for sending my products to Amazon, charged for storage, charged again when Amazon return them, and if I send them back in I'll be charged once more, not to mention the environmental impact of all these carbon miles. It's difficult enough turning a profit without Amazon making things more difficult.
