Hopefully that includes where sellers have tried to ‘Brand’ a product as their own

It would help solve product matching issues if you didn’t allow tons of Chinese sellers to mess listings up WITHOUT ANY PROOF that they are the brand owner or the manufacturer, and then make it almost impossible to for the real brand owner to rectify the mess!

Just a thought.

Also improve the bot where you take listings from Internationals sellers of the same item and try to reconcile the attributes into one listing
This often causes products on the UK site to have foreign language in their titles and/or description and again it is then impossible to request the change back into English as ‘only brand owner can authorise the changes’
Yet even actual brand license owner cannot make the changes without getting same error.

The catalogue is a total mess.

This won’t work for sizes which vary internationally. We have thousands of items which cannot be sold through Amazon as you tell UK customers that items are the equivalent US sizing. If a UK customer wants a size 8, why would you show them size 4 (in US sizing). THIS IS JUST ONE EXAMPLE.

Then the only option you give us to 'fix ’ the issue is to change our correct information to match your incorrect information. It’s utterly laughable.

If we want to list a ‘black’ ‘long sleeve’ shirt and the catalogue shows that the EAN is listed as a ‘red’ ‘short sleeve’ shirt, the only way to add the product is to change our correct values to ‘red’ ‘short sleeve’ shirt. How is that a great customer experience???

It causes a huge increase in returns, really poor customer experience. You have no way to reconcile items which are a different sizes in different countries. Why can’t a customer in the US see size 4, a customer in the UK see size 8, or at least be totally clear to customers which type of sizing they are looking at?

You continually pull listings for ‘Suspected Intellectual Property Violations’ which are official licensed products. Maybe you could sort out the real issues. We waste hours every week going back and forth with your ‘support’ team, trying and usually failing to get items reinstated which should never have been removed in the first place.

Perhaps the catalogue issues relate more to clothing/licensed products, but currently Amazon is absolutely the worst platform to get anythin listed on or get any issues resolved on.

The unnecessary stress that Amazon causes is unbelievable.

Number of catalogue/listing page issues on all other platforms = virtually 0
Number of catalogue/listing page issues on Amazon = too many to count.
