Copying seller Feedback to product review section
I make a point of asking for product reviews but continue to get seller feedback. Obviously nice to see but I would much prefer product reviews as we sell private label and don’t compete for buy box.
Case in point from today. Got this feedback.
‘Was not disappointed with my purchase. Exactly as in picture and description. Excellent quality product and would not hesitate to recommend. Definitely 5 star service all round.’
I’ve asked Amazon to copy comments to product review page but not sure if they will.
Any advice?

They won’t, the customer has to do this.
As it’s a customer review, all you can do is ask for it to be removed. Not the best idea for a 5 star feedback but if less, you could ask for it to be removed.

If you buy from Amazon, you will receive a follow up email asking for feedback. It has five stars displayed and the comments section. This makes customers think that they are leaving a product review. Below that is a simple link for product reviews which is very easy to miss or, rather, it’s hard to notice. Amazon will not copy seller feedback to products reviews. This is most of all, not great for customers in making buying decisions.

I always comment on feedback by telling them that I appreciate their feedback and thank them for their purchase of “product name” Lets buyers know what the feedback is for anyway

We get this a lot. I always email to thank the customer for their valued feedback and how much it is appreciated, then subtly ask them if they would mind also leaving a very brief product review (with brief instructions how) to let other customers interested in that product make a better buying decision. It probably only works 1 in 10 times but still.
