Every time we go through the verification process, it just loops endlessly. Then, Amazon deactivates our account, forcing us to go through the entire reactivation and identity verification process for what feels like the 20th time.
Amazon provides no real communication—everything is automated, and there is no way to speak to an actual person. We're simply making a straightforward request, but the barriers they put up make it nearly impossible to resolve.
Their only response is to contact them again through Seller Central, but cases keep getting closed without resolution, leaving us stuck in the same frustrating cycle.
