Want an individual account and amazon seller support
I don't want my card charged the $40 fee as a professional account. I want my account to be an Individual, so I just get charged when I make a sale. So after reading about other people having the same problem, I setup my account with a card that had a small amount on it. After I read about all the HIDDEN places you have to go into to change to a individual account, I did my best to change everything (except Mexico, that I can't change). Now when i log in, it says my card is invalid...why is it invalid? I Don't want to change it, if their going to charge me $40.
By the way, i rate your support over the phone as 1 out of 5 stars.

That will not work. To activate a selling account you must supply a valid credit card -- a true credit card -- not a debit card, not any sort of prepaid card.
No, you will not be able to change the Mexican platform, just put it on vacation. If there are any listings there -- delete them.

None of us have talked to you because this is a FORUM and NOT Amazon. There are generally only other sellers here and the "1" might actually be a bit too high of a rating.
Follow the arrows to downgrade. And, @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl is correct about needing a credit card. . You are trying to play silly games with Amazon and they are likely to permanently ban you for doing stuff like that.
