Blank page when trying to add a product

Hi! When trying to add a product, if at the page “Offer” I select “I want Amazon to dispatch and provide customer service for my items if they sell” and then press “Next”, I get to a blank page. Does anybody is experiencing the same issue? What can be the problem? Thanks, Bepo
