Amazon sending wrong quantity to customer
Hi all! I am a really new seller on Amazon and have recently created a listing for a small item and shipped qty 10 to FBA. A customer has bought qty 3, however Amazon only shipped them qty 1. Obviously the customer has now returned the item for a refund because they did not get what they ordered. What’s the best way to resolve this with Amazon? Has anyone experienced this before? Many thanks!

I take it you can see the buyer actually did order 3?
In terms of Amazon it could just be a quirk, but was there anything ambiguous about the way they were packaged? Generally though it’d be the opposite way around - buyer orders 1 and instead gets 3.
