I am keep getting same 2 errors over and over again. The product is a Dangerous Good and i am trying to send only 12 units and getting the same result. I get same error everytime even if i try to send with non partnered carrier. I ve sent HazMat and non HazMat shipments during this time but i am unable to send this product.

Created many cases but always got same bot reply from amazon saying

-Lower the quatity (tried to send only 6 units and still couldn't)

-Delete the sku , make new shipment.

etc.

I ve tried everything and none of those worked and the products are just waiting to be send...

I have a product that is classed as dangerous goods but i am unable to replenish my stock.

I have noticed that its DG status is "Dangerous Goods Program Fulfillable" but our other products that have been approved for dangerous goods storage is classed as "Dangerous Goods FBA Fulfillable"

Does anyone know what the difference is?
