I'm facing an issue with my Brand Qualification Application, and I’m hoping someone here might have faced a similar situation or can offer some guidance.
Despite submitting images that fully comply with Amazon's official branding guidelines (https://sellercentral.amazon.in/help/hub/reference/G4LKBB2T7Q78CJRU), my application keeps getting rejected with the same generic response from Seller Support:
"During our review of your application, we identified that there is not enough proof confirming the Branding is permanently affixed to the product or packaging. Please note that the branding should be stamped, stitched, printed, or stuck on product (or packaging) in a way that it is not easily removable. For categories such as apparel or jewelry, branded hang tags are considered as "permanently affixed". In view of the aforementioned, we had to decline your application.”
The branding on my packaging is permanently affixed using high-adhesion, tamper-evident stickers that cannot be removed without visibly damaging the box. I've clearly mentioned this in my submissions and included detailed images, but it seems like no one is actually reviewing the content—I just keep getting the same copy-paste reply that doesn’t really address the specifics.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there a way to get an actual human to review the application or escalate this beyond the usual support loop? I’d really appreciate any tips or insights.
