$3.7k order unpaid for over4 months

I had a carrier delay on the order, and the buyer opened and received funds through A to Z.

A few days later, she received the item (I have both the delivery signature document and a message from her mentioning she received the order).

I tried contacting seller support within the 30-day window, but they did nothing except say I have to reach out to her (I have chat proof of trying to get support within the 30-day window).

Seller support transferred my cases to the appropriate teams and closed the cases with no support. I have already sent more than 20 messages to her, but she doesn't respond. It's clearly a scam. Please, I need help with this.

Guys, what can I do please?

Mods please help me, i beg you! after 4 months you are my only hope

This probably won't go as you are hoping. It shows that your return address is out of the country, amazons policy for this is that you have to do a returnless refund as you can not expect the customer to ship something back overseas. Second if you have been contacting the customer in violation of amazons policy they will often side with the customer on returns. You also have a lot of name brand products that you seem to be drop shipping and probably don't have LOAs for. This can lead to amazon confiscating any funds under a counterfeit product violation.

Good luck friend this is a tight spot to be in.

Hello @Seller_4CEDPa1juQfB2

Thanks to @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx for providing you with good information.

If you don't comply with the requirements outlined on the help page titled Customer returns for international sales, then a buyer will win an A-to-z claim made against the order. When reviewing the help page, please pay close attention to the section titled For international sellers without a default US return address. There you will learn what options are available to you in order to comply with international return requirements.
