REFUND SCAM BY BUYER
Buyer buy amazon choice product when shipment delivered buyer take refund and send message me and force to again we refund his upi id we share our amount deduct from amazon but he still want refund again and Told me if we not initiate refund then he give us bad review and report our product. we contact for seller support regarding this but don't find any solution.

Never give refund by yourself . and do not be frightened by buyer reviews, let them do what they want. if your quality is good, you'll get lots of reviews anyhow.

Just for Sesame Laddu, Customers can sometimes be very strange and how much did he paid for that Laddu, I apologize if this comes across as amusing, but I find it quite unique and uncommon, as I have not come across a similar situation before. Anyway I think Amazon has the capability to handle that case. Hope you find the way get rid of that situation soon.

Hi,
The refund has been "applied" by the customer but amount has not been credited to his account because amazon is waiting for you to self refund this order. You can check the order id in transaction view that order has not been refunded yet.
In short, customer has applied for it.
Once the order is successfully refunded, it will show refunded and not applied.
