Need help with rejected Invoice. Cannot verify the supplier

Hi Sellers,
Need your advise…
Amazon suspended my DE account due to authenticity concerns for 3 ASINs.
I have never sold mentioned ASINs prior to suspension.
I have provided all requested documents and they were rejected.

We have received your documents, but they are not sufficient to reactivate your offers. We cannot accept this invoice because we cannot verify the supplier.

What now?
Your offers for the items listed below will remain inactive. If we receive further complaints about your offers, we may deactivate your Amazon seller account.

ASIN: 1111111, 222222, 333333

It seems, that nobody even looked at my documents, as my account is already suspended…
There are many other sellers selling these items, including Amazon, so issue is not with the listing itself.

What else I can provide to satisfy the requirements for Seller Performance?
within the last 90 days I processed more than 700 orders with 0% ODR and all metrics are perfect…

This is an authenticity issue, so far only your DE market is suspended, but if Amazon receive further complaints then ALL your market places in the EU will be suspended, not just DE.
Not selling the ASIN’s is irrelevant, just listing them is sufficient, as you have discovered.

Your invoice was rejected because they were unable to verify the supplier. Why is that? Was the supplier from China?
Others selling the same items does not matter, since they may have supplied verifiable invoices, or they may simply not have been detected yet, just worry about your own account.

I sell well known brands. Invoice is from supplier in another EU country.
No complaints at all…
All information is clearly visible on the invoice: name, address, phone, website, quantity etc.
I blurred only prices.

Invoice was not in a supported language so I translated it to English with notarized proof.

Just do not understand how to proceed…

Company is 15 years old.
What else I can provide in order for Amazon to verify this supplier? Any ideas?

Anyway, I sent them a .pdf file, where the original document (in original language) and translation to English is provided.

Just give it to them in the original format, I wouldn’t bother trying to translate it, it’s their problem is they can’t read it
