Read onlyAmazon GPSR Responsible Person information has been submitted and approved. We have tried to submit the same information for the Manufacturer Information however this is being marked as invalid. Not sure why this is as the guidance suggests that if the address of the importer (us) and the manufacturer are different, then we should submit one address where they can be contacted. Does anyone have advice on how to proceed here?

Even though you submitted the same information for the responsible person, could you please review if the root cause could be any of the listed reasons?

The Manufacturer Information I have submitted complies with all of your points above. It is identical to the Responsible Person information I have submitted and which has been approved. Please can you advise how to proceed here. Can you also confirm that once the information has been submitted, it will be applied all of our ASINs?

It will only be applied to all of your ASINs if you have been registered via brand registry. Is this the case for you?
I would recommend to contact seller support. Feel free to share the case ID later.
