Hi -- I have been trying to add Australia as a marketplace for weeks now and we keep getting the error message "We have detected that you have started registering in a different marketplace previously. You need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration in the current marketplace using a different email address."
However, we have never started the registration before. I have had a couple of cases open in a couple of the marketplaces we are currently in. However, every time they say we need to contact Seller Central Australia.
However, because we don't have a selling account there, the only thing we can do is go to Amazon Australia's generic customer service. Talked to a few people via chat and nothing has come from it.
Getting desperate here.
