Product pages removed for trademark violation- But its my trademark!

Any idea’s on what to do about this.
Today lots of my listings have been removed for trademark violations. The problem is they are claiming i am breeching my own trademark. I also now have a huge number of policy violations in my account health!

I have tried explaining this to seller support with no luck! I am brand registered and i have sent them a copy of my trademark registration but no luck so far.

can they legally prevent me from using my own trademark and any ideas on how to get this fixed.

Please post notification you received. Is your account still active? You mentioned huge number of violations on your account - have they been addressed/sorted?

Are these “suspected” violations?

I have my brand name in the listing title, my brand name as the manufacturer (i make my own products) and my trademarked brand name as the brand.

The “brand” on the listing must be the same and follow the title requirements, otherwise Amazons bot will assume it’s a breach. And by the same I mean identical. So Mybrands and Mybrand’s are not the same.

The listing has updated, the company name is no longer on the listing only the brand name but its still showing as a brand misuse violation.

I will wait and see if it changes, not looking good though.

I’m now going round in circles. Amazon say the title cannot be changed because the listing has been removed from the catalogue. tried doing it in edit and in the " fix product tool"
So i opened a case and explained why i could not use the fix product tool.
they closed the case telling me to use the tool!

Hello

We are having issues at the moment creating new listings for our own trademark because Amazon say that we don’t own the barcodes.

After talking to Seller Support, it seems like the issue comes from the fact that our legal entity (showing as owning the barcodes) has a different name from our trademark (which is owned by the same legal entity).

We have been using the same GS1 prefix for years for those trademarks, this issue first appeared end of January 2022.
