inbound Shipment Received but 0 inventory showing
Hello,
I recently shipped a box of various books into amazon. The shipment has been delivered and received (not closed yet) however none of the books show up on my inventory page. Always, my book shipments show a status of inactive until they are delivered and received. Then they go active. Right now I just get 0 out 0 results when I try to pull the items up on my inventory page. Any ideas why absolutely nothing is showing up even after being received? Thanks

Hello @Seller_hanQaXqZtYhi8, your shipment may be undergoing additional processing, but I would need to take a closer look to be sure. What is the shipment ID or case ID if you have opened one?
