Royal Mail Account Managers Vanished?

Has anyone else with a RM business account found that their account manager seems to have vanished? I tried calling to discuss the scanning of RM24 and RM48 items not being 95% and the main phone number we had says ‘not in use’ and their email address bounces back as ‘Recipient address rejected: Access denied’. The number we always called was 0345 357 0057 and then used the ext number.

Is there another number for account managers? I’m a bit shocked that at a time when Amazon are asking us to contact account managers about unscanned deliveries, that there’s no way of contacting them! They were there a week ago :frowning:

They were all shuffled about and took their new positions last Monday. Mine phoned me and said he’d be working his way through all his new clients. If you ring the general C&D number, or raise a ticket they’ll let you know who your new manager is and give you their phone number.

Yes we’ve had a rm account for 10 years and had several account managers over the years. The most recent phoned to introduce himself just over a year ago along with a follow up email. I emailed him at the start of this debacle and it bounced back as no longer valid !
