Someone clicking my ads and ruining my budget!!

So I used to get pretty good sales consistently. I have 0 reviews but I was able to generate some sales, 4 sales a day etc. Every time i turned ad on, i was able to get at least one sale. I had 10$ budget and it lasts about 8hours. Now, it's been over a week and I havent basically got any sales. Whats even worse is that i barely get any impressions and my budget will be exceeded. I set an budget for 20$ today and i got 400 impressions and my budget was exceeded. With 20$ budget i used to get 2000 impressions.. someone is clicking on my ads consistently.. any help please?

Hi @Seller_5xG0GbJvs9AU0,

Tatiana from Amazon here! I can understand your frustration with the potential invalid traffic that may be affecting your campaigns.

The good news is the Ads team is constantly patrolling for this type of traffic and it is typically caught and resolved within a few hours. However, some of these invalid clicks may be harder to track, but the ads team does proactively and automatically remove it retroactively as well. Any invalid clicks you may have paid for will show up as a credit in your Ads account.

Take a look at this help page for more information on the steps we take to combat invalid traffic.

Additionally, it's important to remember that the cost of keywords is dynamic and based on the demand of that keyword. If some of your keywords have become more relevant and higher in demand, then it's possible your budget could run out faster. If this is the case, check out this article on optimizing your campaign.

If you feel you need help looking at a specific campaign, you can reach out to Ads Support for more direct help.

Tatiana
