Despite what people will say, or Youtube videos etc, selling on Amazon is not a 'walk in the park' or easy. There are lots of policies and metrics to know about and understand, and even just a single slight error can end up with your account being deactivated.
As above reply, take time to go through all the parts of Amazon 'Seller University' that apply to you and your account. From the start you need to understand that if you do NOT live in UK, but wish to store your goods here that you must be VAT registered here. If you live here then that is fine. Also, if you plan to use FBA do not send anything in to the fulfilment centre until your account is fully verified - and be aware that verification can take even up to a few weeks at the moment, with so many new sellers registering every day.
What suggestions are you looking for?
compliance, product sourcing, tax implications, technical aspects, navigating the dashboard
You probably need to be a little more specific as the question is very open ended.
A little bit about what you do or intend to do would help get you the little pearls of wisdom to help you on the journey.
Youtube is useful as long as you don't beleive most of the nonsense you see on it.
