Amazon Stranded My Inventory and Charged Thousands for Return Shipping
I want to share my frustrating experience with Amazon. After a year of successful business, Amazon unexpectedly stranded my inventory of nearly 1,000 books. Despite numerous attempts to get assistance from seller support, I never received proper help from a real person. Then, Amazon returned all my inventory to my home address in separate shipments. Now, one of my rooms is filled with books. To make matters worse, I was charged thousands of dollars for the return shipping. This situation is incredibly unfair and stressful. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

welcome to the new, continuesly "improving" Amazon, where 3P "partners" are appreciated and our concerns matter. (It says so in every support copy and paste message you get, so get with the program say thank you and declare bankruptcy....quietly, because Amazon doesn't want to be disturbed while they nap....)

This is horrible. I'm so sorry. I've been so frustrated with Seller Support myself. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received.

Man that's a brutal story. I'd love to tell you that is surprising. But it is anything but....

Amazon did the same to me last month. The fun part: I'm the actual publishers of my book, Amazon didn't allow me to sell my own books, but other third party sellers can still sell them!!

Yup. Welcome to the club, I got charged over $18,000 in the past few months to remove a little over 3,000 units of product weight 2lb each and around 10 x 8 x 2 in size. I've loved the FBA experience, but the past two years have been a disaster.
