Product safety Documentation request by amazon
Hi,
I checked in my seller central ACCOUNT HEALTH and seen a message which states i to provide documentation for one of my product which i am selling since last 1 year. Didnt get any email and it gives me upuntil 9 november to provide the details or listing will be removed. My account is functioning normally at the moment.
I get it manufactured from china. I have registered trade mark for this product product has recommended age of 12+ year .

Product name or Model number
Brand’s name or registered trademark
Address where the brand can be contacted (preferably its EU-based representative)
Name and full business address or that of your authorised representative
Product’s serial number, model or type identification
Should state that you take full responsibility for the declaration. Should show the relevant legislation with which the product complies, as well as any harmonised standards or other means used to prove compliance.
Name, signature and position of person signing
The date on which the declaration was issued
My understanding of it is i need to ask manufacturer to provide these details.

It would be ideal if you can make your own plan of action as it will be simpler for you to comprehend the issue.
However, we would prescribe you to check the issues you have in your record and write the plan of action as per below.
The root cause of the issues caused:
- What could be the explanation behind the infringement violation?
- How did it happen?
The steps you promptly have taken in order to resolve the issues:
- What changes have you made in your plan to determine the issues recognized?
- Have you checked all the other listings on offer to ensure there are no intellectual property rights complaint on the account?
The proactive steps you will take or have taken to assure the issue doesn’t reoccur:
- How will you ensure you don’t confront the comparable issues later on your selling account?
- How do you check for intellectual property rights over the long haul?
If you are the manufacturer unit then do you have the authorization from the brand to list the products or sell those products? Any documents which will prove that you are a manufacturer?
In addition with this, it is advisable to submit the proof of authenticity e.g. invoices, licensing agreement or court orders. The requirement of invoices are as below:
1 - Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 365 days.
2 - The document should reflect your sales volume during the last 365 days.
3 - The invoices should consist the details of the supplier including name, phone number and address.
As guided kindly submit the plan of action in the given format as referenced above and appeal it from account health dashboard.
