UPS wont collect from residential address

has anyone ever had problems with UPS collecting from a residential address?

i organised my shipment collection then received an email to say my collection had been rejected as they wont collect from a residential address. i need urgent help with this as it was meant to be collected today. TIA.

they will collect boxes from residential but not pallets due to forklift truck limitations and liability - this i believe has always been the case

Most pallet collections will be refused from a residential address, it’s far from unusual.

You need to find another company that will, there really is nothing else that you can do.

We use a courier company called TPN (The Pallet Network). They deliver and collect from residential addresses.
