SAFE-T Claims Denied. Says Items are eligible for FREE Returns, but they are not

Lately, we keep getting SAFE-T claims denied for the reason that the products are eligible for FREE Returns - but the items do NOT qualify for free returns.

Support Case Numbers

17510729701 was opened in March - 4 months ago - and we are still waiting for resolution

it has been saying the following for months "We have escalated this case to our internal team for immediate review and resolution."

My SAFE-T Claims were denied with the reason: "The item for which you requested a reimbursement of the cost of the return label is eligible for free Returns."

My return settings are set to NOT offer free returns

Free returns applies to Fashion Clothing, and my items are NOT fashion and NOT clothing.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated to get this error fixed - have now been waiting nearly half a year for Amazon to correct the wrong categorization of these items.
