Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to the Amazon seller community regarding an issue I’m currently facing with a competitor, Saga Hashim Sports, who I believe is intentionally posting fake reviews and feedback to damage my business's reputation. I wanted to start a discussion to see if anyone else has dealt with similar situations and if there are any recommended steps I might take to get Amazon to address it.

Here’s a quick overview of the situation:

I have collected solid proof that this competitor has been posting fake reviews on my listings, including some from non-verified purchases.

They are leaving negative feedback on canceled orders and making unverified complaints on items they have not purchased.

This is affecting not only my reputation but also the Amazon buyer experience, as they are manipulating the reviews to mislead potential customers.

I have documented message threads and other evidence that back up these claims. I’ve contacted Amazon support, but I'm curious if others have been successful in getting Amazon to take action in similar cases. Any advice on the best way to escalate this matter would be greatly appreciated!
