Return Address for Goods Sold on/by Amazon
Hi ya
Please what is the default return address for goods sold by, or on, Amazon, if the buyer changes their mind? My seller account is showing my private home address, but of course i do not want items shipped back to my private address; which address should I use, please, any ideas?
Thank you, all.

If you don’t want your items shipped to your personal address then you will need to make arrangements with someone local to accept your mail for you. Maybe a PO box or something similar.

If they’re FBA returns they go back to Amazon, only FBM ones come back to you.

You sound like you need to do a whole lot more research yet, have you gone through the seller university?
Also, are you registered as a sole trader or a ltd company as if you’re a ltd your address will be on your amazon storefront anyway?

It seems gearbubble is a dropshipper? In that case Amazon is not shipping your orders surely?
Or they are print on demand, kind of the same principle though.

As they’re a dropshipper you’re not doing FBA then so your returns would come to the account address. Using a drop ship model isnt advised as if Amazon want to do a 3 ASIN check as they usually do on new accounts then you wouldnt pass that check and could lose your account.
and this?

Are gearbubble sending the items directly to your customers as they order.
Or are they sending off a load of stock to Amazon, for Amazon to store and dispatch to your customers?

As a business you are required by law anyway to display your information, doesn’t matter where your goods are shipping from, or getting returned to.

I would also consider very carefully how much demand there is for items that take up to 20 days to arrive, I could get a print on demand item significantly quicker than that from many many places including Amazon
