Error: Open packing details to view the error message (issue when trying to add item to shipment)
Hi guys and gals
I’ve had the same couple of errors a few times now. First, when I try to add an item to my inventory, it brings up a message saying the SKU does not exist. Usually I just keep clicking save until it accepts it, so I guess there’s a delay in the system somewhere.
The bigger problem though, is after items have been added, and I suspect this is an item that did not save previously when trying to add the necessary packaging requirements (e.g. polybag or nothing etc), when I try to add the item to a shipment it just brings up the fault message Error: Open packing details to view the error message. But when I select the packing details tab it just says Individual units or create new case pack template.
I don’t know anything about case packing yet, I’m happy to pack individual units until I start getting bulk. But what do I do so that I can just enter in the number of items I wish to send in this shipment, along with the other items?

We’ve recently had this and couldn’t figure it out… We deleted it from our inv. & relisted it, said we’d FNSKU it (Amazon barcode) and (touch wood) it worked
We find that case packing can be much more expensive in carrier cost but our boxes are often small with little in them from the manufacturers.
