Topical approval

Hi there,

I submitted my topicals application for the 10th time.

The past times I used a different product than this time.

I was meant to receive an answer by the 30th but nothing. I keep contacting them but they merge the communications to the application thread that they still don’t answer to.

Any idea? Is it normal they take longer than announced?

Most sellers are of the opinion that what Amazon forum moderators have said is correct, namely that every contact you make with the review team resets your case date and thus pushes you continually to the back of the queue.

No one can be 100% certain of this, but it’s what’s been reported in other threads on this forum. The watchword for you may be “patience”.

I can’t give you an estimate as i haven’t seen enough posts to make a decent guess, but most things are taking much longer than Amazon say it will. I do though know that opening cases actively makes it slower for you, so try to hold tight.

It can be difficult to ungate Topicals, and the degree of difficulty seems to vary from one period to another.

Were you able to supply the required invoice(s) and were they from wholesalers accepted by Amazon? (I’m just wondering if there might have been a problem there.)
