FBA SHIPMENTS ON 50/50 BASIS

Please why are shipments sent to Amazon FBA warehouses now on 50/50 chances of being received into inventory, it is scary to send expensive items to FBA Warehouses.

What is really happening?

Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some additional context. There is not a 50/50 chance items will be lost. Most items that get sent to an FC are properly checked in, received, and sold via FBA.
