Safe-T granted - Amazon fees
Hi, buyer returned a different item to us. We were granted in the Safe-T but Amazon kept the Amazon fees. In all past claims we received the fees back. Order 112-5741542-7097012. Sent a message to the Safe-T claim but they are robots there. Selling on Amazon and making Safe-T is like a casino.. Any help?

Hello again @Seller_DaCjkwDJdjDbv- thanks for looking to the forums for some further context on this question, as I know we had connected some months ago via this thread.
As mentioned, I can advise that reimbursements from SAFE-T claims would not include administrative fees as outlined in the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. I again apologize for any strain this might cause.
I am glad to see this claim was granted in your favor at the maximum limit of the reimbursement that equals to the item value minus the applicable "Selling on Amazon" fees.
