We recently joined Amazon FBA program in Germany. We sent our goods to Amazon warehouse in Germany, to participate in FBA program.

As I can see my FBA products which stored in DE Amazon warehouse are available accross other Amazon marketplaces as FBA offer. For example I saw that my product which is available for sale as FBA offer on Amazon.de marketplace is also available on Amazon.fr and other EU marketplaces.

My main question is - how can I disable my Amazon.de FBA products to be available on other Amazon EU marketplaces? I want my Amazon.de FBA items to be available only for Germany clients accross the whole country.

Is it possible at all? I would appreciate any help regarding this matter.

I know that contacting Amazon support by phone is more effective than using chat or email option. In this way you can avoid FAQ-type answers and get direct feedback. I would like to contact Amazon.de support by phone, but as I can see they only support German phone numbers. I am not German and my business is not located in Germany, so what mobile phone/internet service would you recommend to use to contact Amazon.de support? I need a cheap and supported by Amazon.de option.

Have any other sellers had this issue ? even executive support have been trying for 2 months and i get the odd ( we are still working on this and will be in touch ).

all other marketplaces are ok. stock shows available but says shipping currently unavailable - this is in germany only
