My issue started with not being able to edit my listing. I had a notice on the page that said I was not the brand owner and if I was brand owner to notify brand registry. I did get my brand registered in UK, but now it says that I can not change the Brand name on the ASIN. I have tried deleting and re listing. I have talked to different branches of support, but this has gone on for over a month. Each with not a clear answer to correct the problem.
I don't understand. The system knew this product ASIN was brand registered in US, wouldn't let me update the listing, and now it won't let me correct the listing.
The last response I got, was that I had to create a new ASIN????
