FBA shipment stuck on 'Collected' status
First and foremost, I understand that shipments/logistics can vary drastically, so this is just trying to understand if there are delays that anyone else is experiencing.
My LCL shipment was collected on the 15th May (2x pallets, 2 different shipment IDs)
Pallet A is heading to LBA4
Pallet B is heading to BHX4

Pallet A showed 'In Transit' and then 'Checked In' by 18th May
Pallet B is stuck on 'Collected' status
Is BHX4 currently severely behind checking stuff in by any chance?

Same going on here! I dispatched 2 pallets with 10 thousand pounds of stock on 16th of May usually it gets live within next two days but this time now it's been 8 days since i dispatched Them, The pallets are not even showing as deliverd, stuck on "collected status"
Upon investigation from UPS we get to know that pallets were delivered right after next day of collection on 17th May but this fulfilment center have not even touched them yet!
our hot selling products are out of stock on listings because of this delay and 10 thousand pounds of cashflow has been stuck !! we consider it as a big loss!!
such a shameful incident. Amazon should take action to this fulfilment center i am reading many other posts addressing same issue of shipments being delayed in LBA4, The manager of this fulfilment center should be fired or replaced ...
We had never faced such issues before !
