what happen if downgrade my account for few months

if I downgrade my account for a few months when I upgrade again my feedback and and longtime opening history be affected?

I assume you mean downgrade the selling plan, from professional to individual plan ? - so you don't pay the £30 amont fee ? You cannot downgrade the actual account type.
Nothing will be affected, I downgraded a couple of years ago as level of sales dropped so not worth me paying the pro fee anymore - feedback etc doesn't change.
