I am sure that you are not stupid and you would list in European stores if you wanted to so make sure you opt out before Amazon ruin your business.
Also noticed message in Seller Central.
Amazon, allow us to run our business as we see fit. Stop messing!

We also received this message today..
Having already filled this out before an explicitly chose to "opt out", it is incredibly annoying to receive it again.
Respect our choices the first time, if we want to change it, we will change it ourselves.
Yes, I was very irritated to have to opt-out of this again today. If I wanted to contend with GPSR, IOSS, EPR and all the other euro-initialism balls I'd have done it already. Amazon, please stop with this crap.
I stopped as soon as Brexit came in. Too many issues before Brexit came in and the new processes made it not worthwhile.
I don't want to be a busy fool.
I assume we just tick the boxes of the countrys we dont want to sell in and leave the UK blank?
Yes, that's correct.
If Amazon allowed us to delete an ASIN in a foreign marketplace if something were to go wrong. I'd reconsider. I didnt know I had this on before. "Allow Amazon to sell your products in EU (sic)" One of our new private label products go sold abroad. Negative review because theres no instructions in that language. Asked Amazon to delete the listing in that marketplace so the review would not affect the UK ASIN. As I didn't give them permission to sell abroad on my behalf. I thought not clicking the slider for other marketplaces meant it would be sold in UK only, until I found that setting. They said no of course. So my product launch got destroyed.
More power over our ASINs and maybe it would be worth taking a punt with EU. Otherwise sellers cannot risk destroying their business and being helpless if it goes wrong.
I opted -out but the message is still on my dashboard. Will it disappear?
Is there anyone else who hasn't got this banner on their seller account?
Is there a way to get more information on this? Are there going to be VAT implications? and what about compliance?
Someone from Amazon should get in touch with us.
