Clarification on Label Requirements for CE-Marked Product with LED Lighting
I am preparing to list a photo frame with LED lights on Amazon Italy. The product requires batteries (not included) and will bear the CE mark. I want to ensure the label fully complies with EU and Amazon regulations.
Is it mandatory to include the manufacturer's details on the product label? If so, can the manufacturer be listed as my company, as I am importing the product?
For the EU Responsible Person information, can this be my company (based in the EU) or must it be an authorized representative specifically designated by the supplier?
Is it mandatory for this information be included on the packaging?

È obbligatorio includere i dettagli del produttore sull'etichetta del prodotto? Se sì, il produttore può essere indicato come la mia azienda, dato che sto importando il prodotto?
Per quanto riguarda le informazioni sulla Persona Responsabile nell'UE, questa può essere la mia azienda (con sede nell'UE) o deve essere un rappresentante autorizzato specificamente designato dal fornitore?
