Amazon deactivated my account several months ago, and are asking for ID etc to give me my money (over 17k!), although they already have all this information. They keep sending me a template email when I complain and ask for it to be escalated and they are breaking uk laws by keeping my money etc. They keep sending a link to arrange a video call, but then that doesn't happen - what the hell do I do?? Disgusting company.
Did you try the disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk email as suggested last time you raised the topic?
