Whats the point of Seller Feedback if youre FBA?
If you are only ever using FBA, whats the point in Seller feedback - shouldnt it be called Amazon’s feedback?
Although I’m pleased to be getting lots of 5 star seller reviews, I am a bit confused as I havent actually done anything lol

It means you can get away with murder.
Becuase all your negs are going to be struck through.
Hence certain sharp sellers have seen the possibilities.

We’re 100% FBA you are right about feedback , some strike throughs our competitors had for selling refurbished product are dubious to say the least. Although Amazon will strike through all hat relate to any FBA issue, they actually remove more than they strike though, approx 60/40, there’s no real way to determine what get’s removed or struck through as it appears mostly automated as soon as you click feedback removal it immediately comes up with a message stating this feedback was in violation of our policies. That said they will also not accept removal for feedback that is clearly product feedback. Most of the feedback example you have provided should not have been struck through it implies the issue was an FBA issue but clearly looks like the product supplied to FBA is used or refurbished.

I’m not one for getting into an argument over FBM and FBA both suit individual sellers needs equally for different reasons, but to some actual feedback examples (below) as an FBA seller, Amazon do not remove all negative feedback only those that relate to an FBA Amazon experience, the rest fall within the same feedback removal policies as FBM.
1 @ This key is not working
Amazon will not remove this although it is product feedback due a customer buying a Windows Keyboard for Mac
1 Just started using my new monitor and there is a black mark/bleed at the top of the screen which is affects the picture. Amazon won’t provide a replacement item, very disappointed with service having received a faulty product. Have to go through the process of returning, waiting for refund and ordering a new one which means I will be without a monitor for a number of days which I need for work.
Amazon struck this through automatically, as part of the review relates to an FBA issue, i’m 50/50 on that the product supplied was faulty upon receipt
