Not showing in organic search results
We have been ranking top 3 for all our targeted keywords, we had our biggest selling day yesterday and suddenly we are now not visible at all in the organic search rankings for any keywords.
I have also searched our ASIN in the search bar and nothing is coming up.
It doesnt say we are supressed in our listing and when i go directly to the URL we are there, our ads are also continuing to deliver, but we are not showing on a single keyword or anything in the organic search.
Has anyone experienced this? Can help us out? Both ourselves and Amazon are losing a boat load here.

You are correct; if the listing hasn’t been assigned a Category or Best Sellers Rank, it will not appear in an organic search.

If the Self-Service Tool doesn't work, you can open a case with Seller Support and let them know the ASIN has not been indexed. No Featured categories/special browse nodes have been assigned to the listing.

This does sound like an interesting case, @Seller_h42pO3SjPWe7c- if you wouldn't mind sharing the Case ID with support when you get a chance, I'd like to investigate from my end as well.
