Read onlyParticipated in my reactivation interview last night at 4am 9/3/24. It all went smooth but at the end of the interview I was informed that he would need some more documents uploaded. Miguel, my interviewer, would send me an email with specifications on what to upload. He requested that it be handled quickly, preferably immediately after receiving email. He said if it didn't get done within 3 days, that I would fail the reactivation. Told him it was no problem, and would wait for the email and handle as soon as it came.
15 minutes later, received email, it had specifications, but no link to upload documents. Tried the link in the original correspondence but it was no longer valid. Searched through all my notifications and there is no link. It was a no-reply email so called seller support. She had no solution for me. She suggested to wait 24 hours to see if I get another email with a link, but that is in direct contradiction to the interviewers request.
Really just think Miguel forgot the link and he just needs to be informed of that, but don't have any way to accomplish this.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have reached out to the appropriate teams regarding the situation, they have confirmed that your account should have been reactivated earlier today. You should have also received a notification regarding their decision. I would ask that you allow up to 72 hours for everything to sync up. if you are still noticing inactive listings to follow up here with screenshots of your issues so I can look further into your situation.
