I received a negative feedback this morning stating that the item hadn't been received. On checking the order, there wasn't one. It had been cancelled or we had been asked to cancel the order. I can't honestly remember as it was a month ago. I requested removal and I received the normal copy and paste reasons as to why it couldn't be removed. I must have reopened the case 20 times, asking the agent to explain why it doesn't warrant removal. Each response was the same copy and paste reply.
I must say I was getting quiet irritated by this point and some of my messages were not professional, shall we say. Anyhow I finally received the response I was hoping for and the feedback was finally removed. All I can say is on this occasion, perseverance prevailed.
Have a great weekend everybody
if there is an order id on the feedback, there will be an order.
I believe even if it had been cancelled by you following a request they can still leave feedback. You might need to check the cancelled order tab.
Though Amazon only remove feedback in specific circumstances if it doesn’t meet those (fully product review, contains swearing) they won’t remove it.
