Need Help with Compliance Request – Missing Information for ASIN B0DD7KNH3T
Hello everyone,
We recently received a compliance notification from Amazon regarding our ASIN B0DD7KNH3T. After submitting the required documents, we were informed that the submission is still incomplete, and we are missing the following elements:
Images that clearly show:
- Model, part, or item number
- Name and address of the manufacturer, importer, distributor, or authorized representative
We have checked our product and packaging, but we are unsure where exactly this information needs to be shown and how to present it correctly in the images.
Our questions are:
- Does the model/part/item number need to be printed directly on the product or is it acceptable if shown on the packaging or user manual?
- For the manufacturer/importer details, can we provide a business card or invoice that shows this information, or does it need to be part of the product packaging itself?
- Are there any accepted examples of compliant images we can refer to?
We’ve followed the steps via “Account Health > Product Compliance Requests” and re-submitted documents, but we’re worried the same issue will come up again unless we submit the correct format.
Any guidance or shared experiences from other sellers who have dealt with this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Hello @Seller_vSaLSgDvELIsz
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues with your compliance requests. I understand our team has stated there is missing information that you are looking to better understand, so I do want to get you the added insight.
- Does the model/part/item number need to be printed directly on the product or is it acceptable if shown on the packaging or user manual?
For the item or model number, I would advise on ensuring the information can be identified directly on the product. This will allow for ease of identifying the specific part so that the investigation may move forward accordingly.
- For the manufacturer/importer details, can we provide a business card or invoice that shows this information, or does it need to be part of the product packaging itself?
The supplier details should be able to be identified along with the product so you will want to provide the information on the packaging. Without it, our team may be unable to properly verify the requirements set forth for these types of reviews.
- Are there any accepted examples of compliant images we can refer to?
At this time, there are not any available images that we could advise on referring to. The only guidance we can make is to provide images of all sides of both the product and its packaging.
If you have any other questions or updates you would like to share or get guidance on, I would advise on providing the details to this thread so that I may continue to review and offer support.
Best,
Atlas
