FBA Items sidelined in FC Processing for several months
I have sent items to FBA and for several months I have 36 units sat in FC Processing.
i have contacted support regarding this and the only response I am getting is There are 36 items that are under FC Processing. These units have been sidelined at the fulfilment centre for additional processing, such as transshipment, verification of item dimensions and weight, or pending investigations.
Please can someone support in this issue. I am now out of stock and it is just sat in Amazon when I need these to be made available for sale.

You can reply in your Case ID with something like "I would like to request that the 36 units of asin X be moved from the supplemental FC to the regular FC as the asin is currently out of stock." Sometimes, this specific action request may result in...an actual action. You never know but worth a shot in my experience.
