Return Reason
Amazon FBA refunded a customer. The information regarding the reason is as follows -
“Reason for return was not provided for this order.Reason for return was not provided by the customer for this order.The API did not have a list of return reason as an output because the customer did not provide a reason.Email the seller and inform them of no return reason”.
I thought there always had to be a reason ?

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which came into effect on 13th June 2014, buyers have the legal right to return items without giving any reason.
Even though we left the EU,this directive is enshrined in UK law. Might be worth you brushing up on it?
