Our seller account has been deactivated due to an alleged violation of the “Multiple Accounts Policy.” However, we do not have another active account. Here’s the background:
We initially created an account on the Spanish marketplace, but when we moved to the UK, we wanted to convert it to a UK seller account. Since this wasn’t possible, we were advised by Amazon support to close the Spanish account and create a new one in the UK, which we followed.
Unfortunately, the new account we created was deactivated shortly after. We’ve been trying to reactivate it for months now, but so far, we haven’t received any assistance. Moreover, there doesn’t seem to be a way to directly contact the support team through the deactivated account.
To clarify, we have access to the brand registry for our brand and currently, no accounts are connected to it.
Is there any way we can get the account reactivated? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Once again totally WRONG advice given by SS !!. Not sure I can advise, but you will need to open a case with SS here, and explain that you think you were given incorrect advice.
opening a second account was totally the wrong thing to do I’m afraid. Do as Jilly says and open a case- however only it’s only the first account that will be valid once verified
