I am pretty sure this is a phishing attempt has i can not find any notification in my account, is any one able to confirm

Please remove the link which you just posted, it directs to a fake Amazon login website.
The communication which you received is a phishing e-mail. It doesn’t originate from Amazon, as their e-mails only ever end with @amazon.com or @amazon.co.uk and not with @amz-acs.com

I was 99% sure it was, thanks for you quick reply, mail sent to stop spoofing as requested
